This light roast coffee is a blend of Peruvian and Ethiopian Yirgacheffe beans. Peru offers a full-bodied, slightly sweet, mild acidity and nutty flavour and is grown at altitudes between 1,200 – 2,000 metres. The Ethiopian beans, from within the Sidamo region, offer a floral aroma, medium body and a unique soft-toned acidity which is achieved at altitudes from 1,500 – 1,900 metres.
